Yoghurt & spices marinated chicken breast pieces, cooked in a creamy sauce of cumin, coriander & turmeric with roasted butternut. When we say we marinade our chicken, we do this for at least 18 hours for maximum flavour.
Just add rice or mash.

- AIR FRYER: From frozen. Remove sleeve, keep lid on. Bake at 180°C for 35-45 mins.
- OVEN: From frozen. Preheat to 180°C. Remove sleeve, keep lid on. Bake for 45-55 mins, stir halfway.
- MICROWAVE: Allow to defrost. Remove sleeve, keep lid on. Heat for 7-9 mins, stir halfway
- IF THAWED: Reduce cooking time accordingly. *Ensure food is heated through before serving*
